Terms and conditions
These terms apply to SNDP Online, the app at app.sndponline.org, and to this website. Both are run by S.N.D.P. Yogam Shakha No. 1900, Pullupana, Kadakkal Union ("we", "us"). Teche Center, Neyyattinkara, provides the technical service: hosting, maintenance, support and WhatsApp delivery. By registering a Shakha, logging in or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If a Shakha has a signed agreement for SNDP Online, that agreement applies first, and these terms cover everything it does not.
SNDP Online is not the official website of S.N.D.P. Yogam.

1. Who can use the app
- A Shakha is registered by its President, Secretary or another office bearer the Shakha has authorised. We check each registration and may approve or decline it.
- Once approved, the Shakha admin can add collectors and other staff.
- Members use the app through their own Shakha, either added by the Shakha or registering themselves for the Shakha to approve.
- You must be 18 or older to have a login. Younger family members can be listed in a house record by a parent or guardian, as the privacy policy explains.
2. Logins and accounts
- You log in with a one-time code sent to your mobile. Keep your phone and codes to yourself; anyone with your phone may be able to log in as you.
- Office bearers and staff are responsible for what is done under their login. Remove staff who no longer work for the Shakha.
- Tell us at once if you think someone has misused a login.
3. What the Shakha is responsible for
- Collecting members' consent before adding their details, keeping the signed consent forms, and using member data only for Shakha purposes.
- Keeping records accurate, including houses, members, the masavari amount, the UPI ID and the bank details.
- Checking UPI payments against the bank before confirming them. A receipt confirms only what the Shakha recorded.
- Handling members' requests to see, correct or remove their details. We will help with this.
4. Masavari, sambhavana and payments
- Members pay the Shakha directly by UPI, cash or cheque, or through the Shakha's own online payment gateway where the Shakha has set one up. Members never pay for WhatsApp messages; those are a Shakha expense. Neither we nor Teche Center are a payment provider; neither receives, holds or pays out a Shakha's money.
- Receipts are issued in the Shakha's name and numbered in an unbroken series each financial year. A receipt can be cancelled with a reason but never deleted.
- Refunds, disputed payments and wrong UPI transfers are between the member and the Shakha, and the member's bank where it is involved. We will provide the records we hold to help settle them.
5. Fees
Any subscription and setup fees for a Shakha are set out in its signed agreement or a written quote. Fees are payable as stated there. GST is charged as shown on the invoice.
6. WhatsApp message credits
- WhatsApp messages the app sends for a Shakha are prepaid. One credit is one message. The price is shown in the app and on the store before you pay; at launch it is ₹1 per message, with GST as shown on the invoice.
- The Shakha admin buys credits from the app, which opens the Teche Center store (techecenter.com/store). Payment is taken there, through Razorpay, and Teche Center issues the invoice. Credits are added to the Shakha's balance as soon as the store confirms the payment.
- A credit is used for every WhatsApp message sent for the Shakha, including login codes for its members, collectors and office bearers, receipts, payments that could not be confirmed, membership decisions, new staff logins, and notices about the Shakha such as approval or locking. Messages to people who do not yet belong to a Shakha (for example someone registering a new Shakha) are free.
- The balance may go down to −5, so that logins do not stop the moment it reaches zero; the app shows a warning to recharge at once. Below −5, WhatsApp messages and logins for members and collectors stop until the Shakha recharges. The Shakha admin can still log in, down to −10, in order to recharge. Any negative balance is taken from the next recharge. Each Shakha should keep enough balance for all its users to log in.
- If a message cannot be sent because of a fault on our side or WhatsApp's, its credit is returned. A credit is not returned if the message was handed to WhatsApp but did not reach a phone because, for example, the number was wrong or the phone was off.
- When messages stop, records and receipts are still kept; only the WhatsApp messages (and the logins that need them) wait until the Shakha recharges.
- Credits do not expire while the Shakha uses SNDP Online. They cannot be transferred to another Shakha or exchanged for money, except in two cases. A recharge paid but not credited is credited or refunded in full. Unused credits are refunded if we end the service for a reason that is not the Shakha's fault.
- We may change the price of credits for future recharges with at least 30 days' notice in the app. Credits already bought are not affected.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- enter data about people without their consent, or false or misleading records;
- use the app or its messages for anything other than Shakha administration, for example advertising, political campaigning or chain messages;
- try to see another Shakha's data, get around security, overload or test the system for weaknesses without our written permission, or copy the software;
- upload unlawful, offensive or harmful content, including in photos and names.
8. Data and ownership
- The Shakha owns its data, including its member register, payment and receipt records. We process it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains.
- A Shakha can ask for an export of its data at any time.
- The software and the app's design belong to Teche Center, which licenses them for SNDP Online. Each Shakha may use the app while its subscription is active. The Guru portrait used as the logo is credited on this website under its own licence.
9. Availability and support
- We aim to keep the app available at all times, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance is done at quiet times where possible.
- We keep backups and follow the security measures in the privacy policy.
- For help, contact the office bearers listed below. Technical problems are handled by Teche Center, Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM.
- WhatsApp delivery depends on WhatsApp (Meta), and UPI payments depend on the banks and UPI apps. These are outside our control.
10. Locking, suspension and ending the service
- We may lock a Shakha or a login, after notice where practical, if these terms are broken, fees are overdue, the account appears to be misused, or the law requires it. A locked Shakha's data is kept safely while the issue is sorted out.
- A Shakha can stop using SNDP Online at any time under its agreement with us. We give the Shakha an export of its data and then delete it as the privacy policy describes.
- Sections 4, 6 (refunds), 8, 11 and 12 continue to apply after the service ends.
11. Liability
- We provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for:
- mistakes in records entered by a Shakha or a member;
- payments confirmed by a Shakha without checking;
- failures of WhatsApp, UPI, banks or mobile networks;
- loss caused by a login that was not kept secure.
- To the extent the law allows, the total liability of SNDP Online (us and Teche Center together) to a Shakha for any claim is limited to the fees that Shakha paid for SNDP Online in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or anyone's rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Law, disputes and changes
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- We will first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that fails, the courts at Neyyattinkara / Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, have jurisdiction.
- We may update these terms. The new version is published here with a new date. Important changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
